Exchange & Returns

When it comes to exchanging or returning any Spirit of the Drum jewelry items, You, the valued customer, have 14 days from the day you receive the item to return it to us for a FULL refund of your coin ( or chargeback to the original card ) or you may use the value of the item towards a exchange.  If you are exchanging a smaller size ring for a larger size, there may be a slight charge for the upgrade due to more metal of the bigger size.

After 14 days, please contact us and we maybe able to work something if there are certain circumstance’s. We are easy to work with and encourage emails about our customers concerns.

Repair Policy

We at Spirit Of The Drum would like all of our fantastic customers to understand that when it comes to having any repair done to your one of a kind piece of jewelry from us, or sizing of a ring, or having anything done to it, please, do not bring it to your local jeweler or discount Uncle Ernie. Instead, you must get it back to us to repair for you. (We pay for shipping back to you, and also, the repair, etc is free!)

The reason this is very important is due to the Fact that most Spirit Of The Drum one of a kind piece’s consist of multiple components of metals and stones, and they have been uniquely assembled separately. As you can see, many of our designs are very intricate. So, with that being said, We know how Your piece was created and a lot of care has to go into doing any altering or sizing.  Contact us any time with any questions.

Jewelry Care

When it comes to the care of your Spirit of the Drum Jewelry, we recommend that you wipe it down occasionally to keep it shiny for our Sterling Silver items. For our enameled sterling silver pieces, try not to continuously clean the item – that may lead to lighting of the color. Any other questions pertaining to the Care of Jewelry, and not when a new record is coming out, please contact us.

Sizing Guidelines

Rings – Dimensions are based on top height and shank height. Top height is determined by vertically measuring the ring “face” at its widest point. Shank height is determined by vertically measuring the back of the ring at its widest point. Following are standard guidelines for how to measure your finger to find your ring size.  Use a piece of string or strip of paper no wider than 3/4 inch. Wrap it around the base of the appropriate ring finger. Use a pen to mark the point on the string/paper where it overlaps, forming a complete circle then measure the length from the starting end of the string/paper to the pen mark for your ring size. For the most accurate reading, we recommend you measure the finger at the end of the day when the finger is the largest. Use the chart below to determine the ring size:

Processing & Production Times

Order processing time is based on if an item is in stock or if it needs to be produced; many of our pieces are made-to-order and shipping time depends upon your chosen product.  Payment is due at the time the order is placed.  In-stock orders are shipped within 2 to 3 business days, while processing time on items that need to be produced can take up to 1 month. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with package tracking information.

If for any reason you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We’ll make every effort to accommodate your request.

Shipping Policy

We offer complimentary shipping to all orders delivered in the US.

For security purposes we DO NOT currently ship to PO, FPO or APO boxes.  Military or civilian support personnel stationed overseas that have only APO/FPO addresses, please contact us or by phone at USA 702 912 2577 in order to discuss other shipping options.

Shipments outside of the U.S. may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.  Since duties and taxes vary by country and by what was ordered, we are not able to supply an estimated cost.  Please contact your customs office for more information.
